Regular movement, breathwork, and meditation
Laughing more and starting the day with a smile
Singing and dancing whenever possible
Having more fun and taking life less seriously
Treating myself with love and compassion – being my own best friend
Focusing on myself and prioritizing my needs – not focusing on the lives of others
