We recently had the pleasure of hosting our much-anticipated Mother's Day Mini-Retreat, and what a morning it was! Filled with heartfelt connections, rejuvenating activities, and invaluable insights, it truly was a celebration of motherhood and wellness.
Planting Seeds of Growth:
One of the highlights of our morning was the seed planting activity led by Dr. John. As we got our hands dirty and planted seeds of herbs and flowers, Dr. John shared valuable tips on maintaining healthy biomechanics while gardening. Emphasizing the importance of bending at the hips, not the back, and adjusting workspace height for optimal posture, he reminded us that caring for our bodies extends beyond the adjustment table.

With spring in full swing, Dr. John's insights on healthy posture during activities like gardening and spring cleaning couldn't have come at a better time. Remembering to bend at the hips, engage core muscles, and raise workspace levels to reduce strain can make a world of difference in preventing injuries and maintaining overall well-being.
Mindful Bath Mix Making:
Our mindful bath mix making workshop, featuring Earth N' Soul's delightful essential oils, was a sensory delight. Heidi lead us through some mindfulness exercises as we blended Epsom salts with wonderful smelling essential oils, we couldn't help but appreciate the therapeutic benefits of these natural ingredients. Epsom salts, known for their ability to soothe sore muscles and promote relaxation, combined with Earth N' Soul's high-quality essential oils, created a luxurious bathing experience that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Let's not forget the fun and laughter we shared at our photo booth! From silly poses to heartfelt embraces, the photo booth provided the perfect backdrop for capturing the joy of the day. We'll cherish these snapshots as cherished reminders of the special moments we shared together.
