RELAX DEEPLY WITH PMR!

Welcome to the world of Progressive Muscular Relaxation, my friend! This technique is a game-changer for those who want to recognize when their body is tensing up and learn how to return to a state of deep relaxation. Here's how to get started:

First, find a comfortable spot to lie flat on your back.

Now, let's start by tensing your toes and gradually, over the course of 15 seconds, contract all the muscles in your feet, legs, thighs, pelvis, core, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, face, and head.

Keep breathing normally as you do this exercise.

After all your muscles have tensed, take a deep, cleansing breath and let the tension flow out of your body as you sink into total relaxation.

Take a few more normal breaths from your belly and repeat the process. This exercise is an excellent way to unwind before bedtime. Happy relaxing!
